Two-Spirit visibility deserves cultural roots, not generic rainbow copy.
Two-Spirit is an Indigenous-specific umbrella term proposed in 1990 at an intertribal gathering in Winnipeg and used by some Indigenous people for gender, sexuality, spirituality and community roles that do not map neatly onto Western LGBTQ+ categories. Meanings vary across Nations, and not every Indigenous queer or trans person uses the term. That cultural specificity is part of what the flag must respect.
This Two-Spirit pride flag works as a visible symbol of Indigenous queer presence in homes, classrooms, cultural events, Pride spaces and community gatherings. At 90 x 150 cm, it has enough scale to make that presence visible while still working as respectful, meaningful decor.
Two-Spirit people claiming space deserve a symbol displayed with understanding behind it. A Two-Spirit flag should feel like visibility with roots.
