Trust Me...I Am A Queen! turns self-coronation into pop art, with a collage of glamorous faces backing up the claim before anyone asks for credentials.
“Queen” can mean drag royalty, queer camp, a beloved friend, a self-appointed icon or simply the mood somebody has decided to bring into the room. The repeated portraits make that multiplicity visible rather than tying the word to one specific performer or kind of femininity.
The ellipsis in “Trust me...” does some useful comic work too, creating a pause that feels like the wearer is about to provide evidence, only for the evidence to be the entire outfit. It is confidence as performance, not a serious hereditary claim, and that is exactly why the design feels at home around drag culture.
Wear it to viewing parties, drag shows, Pride, brunch, birthdays or any day when modesty is contributing very little to the look. It also makes an excellent gift for the friend whose group chat title could reasonably contain the word “queen.” Black, navy, dark heather and white all give the colourful collage different levels of contrast without changing the joke.

This Queer In The World Original Design is printed to order, so please allow around 2-5 business days for production before dispatch. Making each piece only after it is ordered helps avoid overproduction and unsold inventory, and orders are fulfilled regionally where possible to reduce unnecessary travel. If your order includes other items, they may be produced separately and arrive in more than one parcel.
