If I could give this company zero stars I would - absolutely zero costumer service - oh, but they want you to write a review - so here it is. For the second time I’m very dissatisfied with my order. I originally ordered a medium and it was incredible tight. So I thought perhaps it was mis-sized and sent 3 emails asking for help. Sadly I received no replies.
So I ordered the large hoping someone would respond before it arrived, and yet nothing. Now, the large seems like it is the same size as the medium AND it arrived damp and smells like mildew - yes mildew….I’m not joking.
At this point I feel like I’ve been scammed. Their website states to reach out for help and that the are happy to assist, but crickets. I would NOT recommend buying from this online company - buy local, which is what I should have done. I’m queer and incredible let down. I spent over $200 and can't wear either of the dress.

The holographic dress is a real eye-catcher! The dazzling design, which reflects all the colors of the rainbow, immediately attracts attention and provides compliments.
Unfortunately, however, there are a few details that interfere. The mirror-like elements are prone to kinks that are not easy to fix. In addition, the seam in the middle of the dress protrudes inwards if it does not fit perfectly, which can impair wearing comfort. It doesn't feel as special as it looks.
In addition, the dress is extremely care-intensive. It is neither machines nor hand washable, which limits its use to a few special occasions. Ideal for a wow moment, but with a few compromises in terms of quality and care.
