Legalize Gay sounds like the government misplaced our licence to exist and somebody finally got tired of waiting at the counter.
The absurdity is what gives this one bite. Queer lives have been treated through law as though intimacy, partnership and public existence were privileges somebody else could grant, restrict or revoke. Turning that history into two blunt words makes the bureaucracy look ridiculous. The rainbow character keeps the mood camp rather than solemn, but the joke still knows where it came from.
It is not tied to one current candidate, party or specific law, and it does not pretend gay people everywhere share one political outlook. It is a provocative piece of queer satire about the very idea that gay existence should ever need legal permission in the first place.
There is more backbone than branding in Legalize Gay. Take it to Pride, queer history events, community spaces, political-satire nights or any day when polite rainbow minimalism feels underpowered. It is for someone who already understands the wording as joke, memory and provocation rather than a literal administrative request. The imaginary licensing office can close. The forms can be shredded.
Gay people are already busy living, dating, arguing, marrying, breaking up, raising families and getting on with the rest of the paperwork life provides.

Making each piece only after it is ordered helps avoid overproduction and unsold inventory, and orders are fulfilled regionally where possible to reduce unnecessary travel.
