Jockstrap gives one of gay men’s most recognisable underwear silhouettes the clean line-art treatment, putting the view from behind exactly where the joke expects it.
The jockstrap began as athletic support and became much more than sportswear inside gay fashion, nightlife and kink culture. Its open-back construction makes it practical underwear, erotic shorthand and a design object all at once, which is why a simple line drawing can carry so much cultural recognition. This graphic keeps the body and garment suggestive rather than explicit, letting the outline do the flirting.
It does not assume everyone who wears or likes jockstraps shares the same sexual role, body type or relationship to kink. Sometimes underwear is functional. Sometimes the back view is absolutely the point.
The white raglan body with black, green or red sleeves gives the monochrome figure a retro gym-class frame for Pride, gay bars, underwear parties, festivals or casual weekends with a sense of humour. “Jockstrap” is a playful choice for somebody whose drawer already contains more jocks than conventional briefs. This Queer In The World Original Design is printed to order, so please allow around 2-5 business days for production before dispatch. Making each piece only after it is ordered helps avoid overproduction and unsold inventory, and orders are fulfilled regionally where possible to reduce unnecessary travel. If your order includes other items, they may be produced separately and arrive in more than one parcel.
