The Jeweled Nipple Clamps are a pair of stainless steel screw-adjusted clamps finished with cubic zirconia details. The screw mechanism lets you fine-tune pressure on each nipple separately instead of accepting one fixed spring tension, while the dangling stones add movement and shine once they are in place.

Start lighter than you think you need and increase pressure gradually. Remove the clamps promptly if the nipple becomes numb, cold, severely discoloured or painfully compressed.
