Gay Cub Holographic Stickers

Pride can be political, ridiculous, tender, filthy, funny and still completely sincere.

The Gay Cub Holographic Stickers give their Pride message an iridescent finish that feels closer to club flyers, zines and sticker-bomb culture than another piece of generic rainbow merchandise. The identity stays specific rather than dissolving into generic rainbow language, which is exactly what gives the piece some cultural weight.

It is at home among zines, club flyers, patches, pins and the small visual signals queer people have always used to recognize one another. It makes sense as a gay Pride sticker, a gay gift or a queer men’s Pride accessory, especially for the person whose sticker collection is already a map of identity, humor and subculture.

Put it somewhere visible and let everyday Pride do what corporate June campaigns never quite manage.
