They, them and theirs are used by many nonbinary people and by others whose gender or language does not fit neatly inside a binary pronoun set. The rainbow name-tag format gives the wearer a straightforward way to share that information without offering the rest of their identity up for inspection.
Singular they is not a new grammatical emergency, and the shirt does not need to become a debate stage for it. Pronouns are practical language. Getting them right is one small way people can make everyday spaces less exhausting for those who are routinely misgendered.

This Queer In The World Original Design is printed to order, so please allow around 2-5 business days for production before dispatch. Making each piece only after it is ordered helps avoid overproduction and unsold inventory, and orders are fulfilled regionally where possible to reduce unnecessary travel. If your order includes other items, they may be produced separately and arrive in more than one parcel.
