A trans pride dog tag takes a military-coded shape and turns it into something personal, self-defined and tougher than the usual Pride charm.
Monica Helms designed the transgender pride flag in 1999 and debuted it publicly in Phoenix in 2000. Putting those colours on a dog-tag silhouette changes the styling language without changing who the symbol belongs to: trans pride can be soft, hard, femme, masc or none of the above.
The zinc-alloy tag gives trans pride a graphic, streetwear-friendly shape that works equally well over a tee or layered with other chains.
Under a jacket, over a tee, beside another chain or out at Pride, this is trans jewellery for the days when delicate is simply not the brief.

The tag is smaller than an actual tag size, which was disappointing as I was wanting to pair it with another tag. Also the second I unclipped the chain it crumbled into pieces, which was the weirdest thing as I have never had that happen with these types of chain. Very cheep would not buy again.
