For the gay beach where subtlety would honestly be a waste of sunlight.
Gay Pride Swim Briefs take the classic low-rise men's swim brief and make the point instantly: rainbow front panel, body-hugging cut, secure drawstring waist and absolutely no interest in pretending the pool is only about swimming.
This is the kind of swimwear that belongs at Pride pool parties, gay resorts, beach clubs, circuit weekends and any shoreline where checking each other out is part of the scenery. The compact bikini-style shape keeps the leg line open and the fit unapologetically fitted, while the rainbow panel brings enough colour to make a plain black pair feel almost suspiciously heterosexual.
The polyester-and-spandex blend gives the suit stretch through the body, and the elastic waist plus drawstring helps keep the brief where it belongs when the day moves from sun lounger to swim to dancing beside the pool. It is bright, cheeky and practical enough to actually get wet in.
The rainbow front and contrasting waistband push the whole piece into saturated Pride-pool territory. Add sunglasses, a chain and sunscreen. Everything else is optional.
