Valentino Vecchietti created the intersex-inclusive Progress Pride flag in 2021 by bringing Morgan Carpenter's purple intersex circle on yellow into the Progress Pride design. That addition makes intersex people visible inside a flag already built around communities too often pushed to the margins.
