I ordered this bag March 2022. I want to specify that, one, I actually really adore this bag and, two, this has been my primary bag since purchase, I am not necessarily the most gentle with my things, and my primary method of getting around is walking, so keep that in mind.
It's held up pretty well since purchase, mostly. The strap is pretty sturdy and sewn in well, and its fabric is fairly durable. The plastic in the front WILL get scratched up by your pins, unfortunately. There is also no layer between the pin backings and the inside of the purse, so you will get stabbed or have pin backings fall out into the bag. The inside has surprising held out well, with the only damage being entirely my own fault and not involving the fabric. The back of the purse, the side that would be against your body, might fray pretty badly and it will definitely get worn think much quicker than the rest of the bag. No major holes have developed where the pins are, also surprisingly.

I'd bought a couple other pin display bags previously and this one has a larger display, although it's still small enough that I feel comfortable using it as a cross-body bag. It fits all of the pins I want to display, with a little room for more, and I had room to hang a couple keychain charms. The display didn't come with an insert so I just cut one out of black stiff felt. The capacity inside the bag holds everything I carry regularly, with room for my folding phone and ereader. It's honestly perfect.
comfortable to wear, a lot of room both inside and for the pins and very cute. a bit hard to get pins in due to there being tight pockets the same side you insert them, i might have to cut them out.
My daughter loves this bag. Now she doesn't have to worry about losing her pins forever if they fall off.
