Smooth weighted Kegel balls, with sensation that responds to movement.
SilkGlide uses rounded silicone-coated Kegel balls with internal weights and a flexible retrieval loop. These are passive weighted toys, rather than electronically powered vibrators with adjustable settings. The experience comes from the weight and movement inside the ball, giving vaginal play a different character from a motor-driven toy and making the physical shape an important part of your choice.
The size options differ in diameter, weight and whether the shape uses one ball or two. Bigger letter labels do not automatically mean a wider toy, so the measurements below are more useful than the names alone. Pick a shape that feels comfortable and manageable for you, with no need to begin at the heaviest or most ambitious option in the range.
Weighted sensation can be interesting for its own sake. You may enjoy the feeling of internal presence, the response to gentle movement or simply taking more time to notice what your body likes. The product does not promise to treat pelvic-floor conditions, and you do not need a medical goal to explore an intimate toy at a pace that suits you.
Use compatible lubricant as needed, keep the retrieval loop outside the body and remove the toy if you feel pain, pressure or discomfort. Clean it before and after use, then let it dry before storage. This is vaginal-use gear rather than an anal toy; keep the intended use clear so the shape and retrieval method remain appropriate for the way you play.

Sizing note
Choose by diameter, weight and shape rather than the letter size alone. S is a single ball; M and L use a double-ball shape. Overall length includes the retrieval loop, which should remain outside the body during use.
