Each shape has an approximately 3.3 in / 8.5 cm retrieval-loop section. The M and L styles also differ through the connecting neck, approximately 0.4 in / 1 cm on M and 0.5 in / 1.3 cm on L.
How to use
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant, relax your pelvic floor and insert slowly until comfortable, keeping the retrieval loop outside the body. Enjoy the balls while resting or moving around, or consciously contract and relax the pelvic-floor muscles around them to explore how each shape feels.
There is no required progression from S to M to L and no timetable you need to follow. Start with whichever shape feels approachable and stop if you experience pain, numbness or persistent discomfort.
Clean before and after use with warm water and mild soap, then allow to air dry completely. These balls are designed for vaginal use only and should not be inserted anally.
