Black, red and white do the heavy lifting here, but the details make the fantasy properly unhinged: heart motifs, playing-card panels, corset-style lacing, a short cape and deliberately mismatched harlequin stockings. Add the tiara and the whole look lands somewhere between storybook villain, drag-night royalty and a queen who absolutely expects the room to behave.
The fun is not pretending this is historical court dress. It is theatrical power dressing with a camp streak, built for Halloween, queer costume parties, fantasy nights and anyone who enjoys playing the character that everybody else is slightly afraid to flirt with. The crown says authority; the stockings make it clear this court has different rules.
Because the dress is already visually busy, you can take the styling in opposite directions. Keep makeup graphic and severe for a darker Wonderland villain, go full painted-heart camp, or soften it into glamorous fantasy royalty.
