The Vintage Majesty Ruffle Satin Shirt takes the drama of historical court dress, glam rock and New Romantic styling and compresses it into one very wearable piece. A high collar and layered ruffle front frame the face and chest, while the satin-look finish gives Black, Gold, Violet and Red enough shine to read from across a room.
The easiest way to wear it is to let the shirt be the event. Black trousers and boots make the ruffles feel sharper and more masculine. A corset, jewellery or theatrical makeup pushes it into drag and costume territory. Left partly unbuttoned, it moves from period fantasy toward queer nightclub aristocrat very quickly.
The polyester fabric has less forgiveness than a stretch shirt, so chest and shoulder measurements matter. This style is listed with relatively close sizing; if you sit between sizes or want the ruffles to fall with more ease through the torso, choose the larger size.
