This Is My Comfort Zone T-Shirt

This is my comfort zone, and apparently the comfort zone contains boots, a rainbow and a retro queer icon refusing to tone anything down.

The design flips the usual self-improvement command to “leave your comfort zone” into something much more fun. The illustrated figure, rainbow and western-glam styling suggest that comfort does not have to mean invisibility, beige clothes or making yourself smaller for the room.

For queer people, finding a space where you can relax into your own expression can be an achievement in itself. Sometimes the bold outfit is the comfort zone. Sometimes the camp version is the most natural version. Sometimes growth looks less like becoming somebody new and more like dropping the costume you were wearing for everybody else.

Black, red, aqua, pebble and mint each give the retro figure a different backdrop, from sharp contrast to soft camp. This original Queer In The World design is for the people whose safe place includes colour, confidence and at least one accessory with no practical function.

Sizing note

This is a unisex T-shirt cut. Width is measured flat across the chest and length from the shoulder to the hem. Compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already like; size up if you want a roomier fit.

Making each piece only after it is ordered helps avoid overproduction and unsold inventory, and orders are fulfilled regionally where possible to reduce unnecessary travel.
