We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our estimated delivery times are:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–12 business days
Worldwide: 7–15 business days
We work with several trusted warehouse partners across different regions to reduce delivery times and keep shipping free for you. In some cases, certain specialty or limited-run items ship from a single location — these may take longer, typically 10–20 days, depending on your address. Any product with an extended delivery time will always be clearly marked on its product page.
Once your order is placed, it begins processing right away. After one hour, we’re unable to make cancellations or edits as your item will already be in the fulfillment queue. Tracking numbers are issued as soon as your order ships, usually within 1-3 days, though custom-made or print-on-demand items may take a little longer depending on production schedules.
If you have a specific delivery deadline or need your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering — we’ll always do our best to help.
Please note that ensuring the correct and accessible delivery address is the customer's responsibility. Addresses without accessible or easily accessible mailboxes, incorrect addresses, or situations where the local delivery service is unable to deliver to a secure place fall under the customer's responsibility.
In cases where delivery is not possible, or your local delivery service cannot deliver to a secure place, it is your responsibility. We will do our best to assist, but in such cases, you will need to provide a lost or stolen parcel form from your local post provider. Items are not always signed for, so it is imperative that you have a secure mailbox.
If your local delivery provider utilizes a pickup box, locker, or similar service, and you do not collect your parcel after being notified, we can only resend your item once it has been successfully returned to us. Additional shipping costs may apply, as we only offer free delivery once per order.
At no point will there be an option for a refund due to this error and the parcel being sent back to us. Resending the parcel will only occur upon payment of any applicable shipping fees.
Tariffs, duties, and import taxes are not included in the price of any order. While the majority of countries classify our shipments as low-value goods — often falling below their de minimis threshold and not subject to additional charges — this is not guaranteed.
We ship using a Delivered at Place (DAP) model, also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we cover the cost of shipping the product to you, but any import-related costs (including duties, taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees) are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by the local carrier upon delivery.
This is especially relevant for shipments to the United States, where recent changes in customs policies may impact how packages are assessed — although most of our parcels continue to arrive without issue or extra cost.
If your package is returned to us by customs or deemed undeliverable due to unpaid import fees, we will issue a refund minus a 50% restocking and shipping fee, based on the original purchase price.
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at shop@queerintheworld.com making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done.
You are eligible for item replacement if your purchase is lost in transit. For orders shipping to the US, an item is considered lost in transit if has not arrived within 8 weeks of being shipped and tracking information has not updated in 5 business days.
For orders shipping to countries other than the US, an item is considered lost in transit if it has not arrived within 10 weeks of being shipped and tracking information has not updated in 5 business days.
If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, you are not eligible for a replacement or refund should your goods not arrive.
If your order tracking information indicates your goods as having been delivered, then you are not eligible for a refund or replacement due to your goods not being received.
