This is not traditional Highland dress. It is a pleated fetish skirt that borrowed the kilt silhouette and then took it straight to the club.
The Kink Lover Scottish Kilt Style Pleats uses a structured pleated shape, shiny fabric and PU leather detailing to create a masculine skirt that sits somewhere between fetishwear, clubwear and costume. The approximately 24 in / 61 cm length leaves the lower legs fully visible while the pleats give the skirt movement instead of hanging flat against the body.
An adjustable side belt sharpens the waist and adds a harder fetish detail against the softer movement of the pleats. Royal Blue, Red and Black give the same pleated silhouette three different moods.
Wear it with combat boots and a harness for a leather-club direction, with a mesh top for queer nightlife, or with bare legs and a fitted tee when the skirt itself is already doing enough. The styling is kilt-inspired rather than a claim to traditional Scottish construction, tartan or formal Highland dress.
