It’s Not Pie uses dessert logic to make one equality point painfully clear: somebody else gaining rights does not reduce your serving.
The rainbow heart carries the message into LGBTQ+ territory, while the line challenges the zero-sum assumption that recognition or protection for one group must come at somebody else’s expense. Equal marriage, healthcare access, safety or legal recognition do not consume a finite stock of dignity. The metaphor is intentionally simple because scarcity arguments often rely on making equality sound more complicated than it is.
The shirt does not settle every policy question, but it rejects the premise that fairness itself is a resource people have to hoard.
Wear it to Pride, a community event, campus, family gathering or anywhere the conversation keeps returning to who supposedly loses when someone else is treated equally. It also makes a good gift for the friend who prefers political arguments with a punchline and possibly actual dessert nearby.
The rainbow heart keeps the graphic warm, which prevents the slogan from feeling like a lecture while still making the value visible. Rights are not slices disappearing from a plate. If somebody has been kept from the table, the better question is why they were excluded in the first place.

This Queer In The World Original Design is printed to order, so please allow around 2-5 business days for production before dispatch. Making each piece only after it is ordered helps avoid overproduction and unsold inventory, and orders are fulfilled regionally where possible to reduce unnecessary travel. If your order includes other items, they may be produced separately and arrive in more than one parcel.
