Hello, I’m Born This Way turns a colourful name tag into the introduction nobody else gets to rewrite after you have already said it.
The phrase carries an obvious queer pop-cultural echo, but the name-tag format makes it feel immediate and social rather than like a concert souvenir. “Hello” is the ordinary part; “Born This Way” is the boundary. Identity can be innate, discovered gradually, named late, renamed, complicated or understood through language that changes over time. None of that gives outsiders editorial control.
The design works because it treats self-definition like the basic information on a sticker at a party: this is who I am, nice to meet you, and no supplementary defence brief is attached.

This Queer In The World Original Design is printed to order, so please allow around 2-5 business days for production before dispatch. Making each piece only after it is ordered helps avoid overproduction and unsold inventory, and orders are fulfilled regionally where possible to reduce unnecessary travel. If your order includes other items, they may be produced separately and arrive in more than one parcel.
