The joke in he / him / hole is not pronouns. The joke is taking the clean, slightly administrative grammar of a pronoun badge and adding a piece of gay bottom information with absolutely no transition. That distinction matters.
This is a he him hole shirt for people who can hold gender respect and filthy oversharing in the same brain at once, which is exactly why the joke lands so neatly in queer nightlife. Lowercase black type keeps the design almost aggressively well behaved, so the third word lands harder than it would in giant rainbow novelty lettering.
