Cher Burlesque is showgirl glamour for the gays who understand that a little fishnet, a little theatre and a lot of Cher can rescue almost any evening.
The illustrated performer channels the glossy fantasy of Burlesque without needing to reproduce a film poster. Stage pose, dramatic femme styling, cabaret energy and the general sense that somebody has already found the spotlight. Cher’s queer appeal has never depended on one movie anyway.
Reinvention, impossible longevity, wigs, camp, voice, attitude and the complete refusal to become visually forgettable did plenty of that work years earlier. This shirt lives in that world. It is not subtle fan merch. It is diva worship through a showgirl lens, made for people who think “too much” usually means the production value is finally approaching acceptable.

This Queer In The World Original Design is printed to order, so please allow around 2-5 business days for production before dispatch. Making each piece only after it is ordered helps avoid overproduction and unsold inventory, and orders are fulfilled regionally where possible to reduce unnecessary travel. If your order includes other items, they may be produced separately and arrive in more than one parcel.
