The staff has been very nice to me and contacted me after my past review, because my pins never arrived. They looked into the order and there was a mix up but not only did they send me again the pins, which are very cute, but also added a few extra ones to apologize. All the people I have talked to have been helpful and dedicated me plenty of attention. Thus, I can now say that this pin is very pretty and my partner loves it! Glad we managed to fix the situation

It was a gift for someone and they now wear it daily on their jean jacket. If you don’t want it to fall off, better buy a different back part for it though
